In her role, her focus is on creating an inclusive, engaging, and athlete-centered retail experience that celebrates the spirit of the Games and connects fans, families, and supporters in meaningful ways.

Chad Smith’s journey is a success story the Foundation strives to mirror for future generations. Exposed to music at an early age by his family, Chad thrived in school music programs through high school that gave him the inspiration and skills to chase his dream. He started on ice cream buckets and worked up to selling out arenas.
