  • Jared Allen is a defensive end who played college football at Idaho State University and was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. Allen played 12 seasons in the NFL for the Chiefs, the Minnesota Vikings (2008–2013), the Chicago Bears, and the Carolina Panthers, reaching Super Bowl 50 with the Panthers. During his career, he was a five-time Pro Bowl selection and a four-time First-team All-Pro. He led the NFL in sacks twice, including a franchise-record 22.0 sacks for the Vikings in 2011, and finished his career with 136 total sacks. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2025.

With 35 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry, she brings a comprehensive approach to event planning and production, extending across multiple industries.
  • Grant Rader is a Special Olympics athlete hailing from Kansas with 7 years of experience competing, inspiring, and socializing with other athletes under his belt. Grant is grateful that Special Olympics has given him the ability to widen his social circle, so naturally he takes many opportunities to meet new athletes! Grant is currently involved in a wide variety of sports, including basketball, golf, bowling, athletics, volleyball, cornhole, bocce, and flag football.
  • Tyler Sarff has participated in Special Olympics Minnesota since 2017, and ever since, his favorite part about the organization is that it is the place where he feels welcome just the way he is. His friends and the broader Special Olympics community make competing that much more fun for Tyler! Some of the sports he has participated in include Unified bowling and basketball.
  • Connor Tingle has only been involved in Special Olympics Mississippi for 2 years so far, but he already has had quite the impressive career, and he has loved every minute of the opportunity to compete with his peers. Connor is a dedicated and accomplished powerlifter for Special Olympics, and he is excited for the next USA Games in Minnesota.
  • Roy Smalley is a former professional baseball shortstop who played in Major League Baseball for 13 years for teams including the Minnesota Twins, Texas Rangers, New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox. Roy is currently a financial advisor and senior partner in the Smalley Muldowney Group. He also serves as president of the board of Pitch In For Baseball, a nonprofit organization that supplies baseball and softball equipment to underserved communities.
