Tyler Sarff has participated in Special Olympics Minnesota since 2017, and ever since, his favorite part about the organization is that it is the place where he feels welcome just the way he is. His friends and the broader Special Olympics community make competing that much more fun for Tyler! Some of the sports he has participated in include Unified bowling and basketball.

One of the best moments of Tyler’s career so far was attending 2022 USA Games in Orlando for bowling. In addition to bowling and basketball, Tyler represented Special Olympics on the Minnesota United Unified soccer team and as a Unified BMX bike rider at the 2019 X Games. Tyler is eager for the 2026 USA Games to come to Minnesota; he is excited to share his home state with the country.
