Grant Rader

Special Olympics Kansas Athlete
2026 Special Olympics USA Games Athlete Advisory Council Member

Grant Rader is a Special Olympics athlete hailing from Kansas with 7 years of experience competing, inspiring, and socializing with other athletes under his belt. Grant is grateful that Special Olympics has given him the ability to widen his social circle, so naturally he takes many opportunities to meet new athletes! Grant is currently involved in a wide variety of sports, including basketball, golf, bowling, athletics, volleyball, cornhole, bocce, and flag football.

My hopes and dreams for the 2026 USA Games are to be able to return to compete for Team Kansas and meet many new friends along the way!

Already a veteran of the USA Games, Grant considers this a major highlight of his time spent with Special Olympics. Grant hopes to be able to return to compete in the 2026 USA Games in Minnesota for Team Kansas and meet many new friends along the way!
