Thrivent Fan Fest is a vibrant epicenter of celebration designed for Special Olympics athletes, their families, coaches, and the local community. Located in the Maroon Lot outside Huntington Bank Stadium, this six-day celebration transforms a 50,000-square-foot space into a high-energy outdoor gathering place just steps from competition venues. It brings together music, art, interactive experiences and community, creating a place for fans to celebrate the athletes and experience the spirit of the Games up close. Right across the street from 3M Arena at Mariucci, it is accessible from the west side on Oak Street to athletes and fans coming from competitions on 4th Street.

• Sanford Health Center Stage: The heartbeat of Fan Fest! Experience 6 days of dynamic, family-friendly programming featuring 30+ performances and appearances that celebrate sport, community, and inclusion. Enjoy live music every day at 2pm, 4pm, and 7pm, bringing energy and excitement to the stage that will keep the crowd on their feet and the vibes soaring.
• Beverage Tent: Fuel your fandom with a variety of local flavors. Grab a bite from some local food vendors, then head over to the beverage tent (21+) to relax, grab a cold beverage, and toast to the incredible achievements of our athletes.
• Merchandise Trailer: Want to wear your support on your sleeve? Stop by the merch trailer to snag official Games gear, curated from fan favorites from our online store!
• Partner Activations: Check out the interactive displays and immersive experiences brought to you by our amazing partners. It’s more than just a booth—it’s a chance to see how the community is coming together to support inclusion and sport.
• Activity Stations: Get in on the fun with hands-on activities for all ages. Trade your favorites at the trading card booths, make some magic with bike bubble makers, or leave your mark on the live art mosaic as we create a masterpiece together in real-time.
• Appearance Booth: This is your chance for a “star-struck” moment! Head over to the appearance booth for scheduled meet-and-greets with our talented performers, Games ambassadors, and special guests. Don’t forget your camera!
• ID Makers Market: Located just adjacent to Fan Fest, this special pop-up market showcases the creativity and entrepreneurship of the ID community. Shop unique products and support businesses owned and operated by individuals with intellectual disabilities.
