Tracy Tish brings over 30 years of experience from Accenture, US Bank, and as an international consultant to the leadership team. As Chief of Staff for the 2026 USA Games, he orchestrates executive-level guidance, fostering cohesion within the leadership team, and ensuring alignment with key Games milestones.
With an impressive tenure in steering substantial IT and business transformations, Tracy blends his former volunteer roles with his new position at Special Olympics. However, his resume boasts not only great professional achievements, but numerous athletic feats as well. These include his work as a ski instructor, a coast-to-coast cycling trip in a single summer, and an in-progress kayak trip down the Mississippi River.
My hopes and dreams for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games are to see the joy on athlete’s faces as they participate in a world-class event that will leave a legacy for future Games to leverage.
Tracy’s commitment to Special Olympics is driven by the desire to create meaningful impact and learn from others. Since joining the team and immersing himself in the mission, Tracy has been deeply impressed by the organization’s spirit. He envisions the 2026 Games as a world-class event that will leave a lasting legacy, bringing joy to athletes’ faces and inspiring future Games.
